Hi Ryan. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have tried 9999 as well. I have literally changed all the following to the numbers below and still giving me issues? max_execution_time = 60 max_input_time = 60 upload_max_filesize = 35M post_max_size = 35M max_input_vars = 9999 memory_limit = 64M

Hi Ryan. Thanks for taking the time to help me research this issue. I checked out the link and with me not being a developer either had a hard time trying to understand what was said in the post. Although it did raise an interesting idea of possibly adding the max_input_vars. I'm just confused if they meant putting it in the htacess file located in the website directory I have OP installed on? Also wasn't sure about the php_value suhosin codes? However, doing some additional research based on some of the info provided in that thread so thank you. If you find out anything else please keep in touch. This problem is crazy lol

Thanks a lot for your answer. No, I don't think I have a control panel. Just one very basic, for security settings. Upgrading PHP version. On the phone they also told me it was not possible. Only with my own server. Thanks anyway!

Thanks Ellory. I have not encountered that particular issue however in the same php.ini file if you search for "max_execution_time" you'll find the setting. Mine is currently set at 30 as well. You should just be able to change it to the desired number of seconds. I found this snippet from an article: change the value of the variable max_execution_time to whatever you desire. For example, a maximum execution time of 15 minutes, change the variable to 900 seconds: max_execution_time = 900 Mind if I ask what you were trying to do when you get that error? Hope you're doing well.

Ryan Rhoten I was writing a long sales page, using the "persuasive " template specifically. I didn't get an error on the execution time, but its under the OP General options I believe
